At Chloris.gr, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with our products. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, so we have outlined our return and exchange policy below.


1. Free Returns for Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return at no cost to you. We will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund for the damaged or defective item.

Conditions for Damaged or Defective Product Returns:

  • The product must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt.
  • Please provide proof of purchase and photographs showing the damage or defect for verification.

2. Returns for Non-Damaged Products

For personal care products, we accept returns only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of personal care items, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

Conditions for Non-Damaged Product Returns:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
  • The item must be unused and in saleable condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the product meets these conditions, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@chloris.gr. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and details about the return reason. Once approved, we will provide you with further instructions for returning your item.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
